Poured Into
As I was re-reading my Community Group study this morning, I decided to write out some of the Scripture references. The Romans 5:5 (ESV) reference really impacted me:
"... God's love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who has been given to us."
I was so humbled to remember yet again that God's grace and mercy are SO under-appreciated in my life. I continually fight for control of my life, when I need to continually surrender it to Him. I am realizing more and more that feeling helpless is actually a good thing, because I have the Helper living in me.
